One of our goals is to make Planning Center easy-to-use on your own, with documentation as your guide and access to support whenever you need it. But to use our tools to their fullest potential in your ministry, it’s helpful to start with a big picture perspective of how all the features work together. This is why we started Planning Center University.
Planning Center University started out as an in-person training course hosted in our offices. We quickly realized that keeping up with demand for in-person training was unsustainable for our team, and that the cost of consistently flying to our offices was unsustainable for churches.
To meet the need for consistently current training, we have launched the newest version of Planning Center University—live, online training courses on each application, regularly scheduled once every 3-4 months.
With this new approach, we can offer you the most up-to-date training possible without requiring you to leave your office or add another line item to your budget.

As you watch live, you can ask questions and our support team will be standing by to answer. Of course, because our support team’s response is less than one business hour, you can basically have the same experience by emailing us while watching the recorded version.
