Summer events come with a lot of forms. Every summer camp and VBS registration comes with numerous release forms. Forms are necessary, unavoidable...and incredibly difficult to get people to fill out!
Until now, you had to upload PDFs of these required forms to any event in Registrations for people to print, fill out, and then remember to bring in for an event manager to manually mark them as complete.
So much room for confusion!
The Forms feature in the People app is a much simpler way to collect information, and starting today, you can connect a People form to your event in Registrations!
Now when you add a form to your event, you can choose between a PDF form and a People form. If you elect to use a People form, we’ll show you a list of all the forms you have access to in People to choose from.
After someone registers, they will receive a link to the form in their confirmation email. Once they fill out the form, we will automatically mark it as complete on their registration and send you a link to view their responses.
We hope this new integration between People and Registrations allows you to spend less time chasing down pieces of paper as you coordinate your events!
