For a lot of churches, your list of workflows has gotten out of hand! When several ministries start using workflows to keep track of their processes, it can get difficult to cut through the clutter and find the workflow you’re looking for. And the problem tends to multiply if your church has multiple campuses.
But now you can keep your list of workflows nice and tidy by assigning each workflow to a category, campus, or both! After you’ve assigned workflows to some categories, you can use the handy dropdowns at the top of the page to filter the list to the workflows that you care most about.
You can start setting up your categories by clicking on the new “Manage Workflow Categories” at the top of the list of workflows. To set up campuses, have an organization administrator add your campuses in Accounts.
